- Departure: 10AM
- Our last travel day before arriving at Greg's
- Sam finally smashed the watermelon he bought several days before and feasted on it for breakfast
- grabbed breakfast at the Country Grill in Van Horn, TX; easily one of the best meals of the trip and our first hint at authentic Mexican food
- made a failed attempt to find a Geocache after discovering it was actually .5 miles in the opposite direction (Roman's iPhone took a long time to update to our location)
- redeemed ourselves by finding a Don Quijote-themed Geocache placed in a bolt inside the wood of a windmill (don't ask, Roman's a genius)
- ate a late lunch at Eegee's where they have hoagies and a great frozen drink (lemon was the best)
- arrived at Greg's house and took a walking tour of the cohousing neighborhood
- returned the rental car to Hertz at the Tuscon International Airport
- drove around to catch the main highlights of Tuscon on our way back to Greg's
- tried to eat even more because the curry and chips with guacamole served by the Epsteins were so tasty
- went swimming in the cohousing pool and hot tub; round 2 of the movie guessing game
- all 4 of us slept in the basement on assorted couches/mattresses
