- oat pancakes part 2 for breakfast (this time made by Greg)
- went to Sabino Canyon and wandered through the museum at the base while waiting for the shuttle
- took the shuttle up to stop 7 and hiked up past 8 to a prime swimming hole
- we were totally alone and had an awesome time jumping off rocks of all heights and watching birds swoop down to grab bugs off the water's surface
- picked up groceries and headed back home
- met Sam's grandmother's cousin (Eric came along and had some funny comments about it)
- cooked dinner for ourselves, the Epsteins, and Dora; it included John's fried tofu with pasta and veggies and Roman's tiramisu, all delicious
- went to the Swap Meet only to find it wasn't open until the next day
- went geocaching; the first took forever and we almost gave up before Eric inspired John to look up at a bridge, where it was attached to the side with velcro; we couldn't find the second despite Roman's willingness to brave prickly flora in his shorts and flipflops
- Greg, Roman, and Dora went out to a hookah bar while Sam and John took it easy back at the house
